Today is Father's Day so while today's challenge is: Something You Want, I decided to post something my dad and I both want. I made this strawberry rhubarb galette (a Pinterest recipe) for dessert and while it looks pretty amazing, if I do say so myself, it smells even better! I'm finding it very hard to restrain myself and wait until after dinner to try a slice of this because in the paraphrased words of Cookie Monster... "ME WANT GALETTE!!"
